- Marketplace activity: jobs you post, bids you submit, awards, reviews, network connections, invitations, referrals, and calendar events.
- Communications: messages you send to other companies, and feedback or support requests you send to us.
Information collected automatically:
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in.
- Basic technical and usage information needed to operate and secure the Service.
- Approximate location derived from the city, state, and address details you enter (we use mapping services to improve radius matching).
3. How we use information
- To provide the Service: create your account, build your profile, match jobs and companies by location and trade, and enable bids, messages, and reviews.
- To send you transactional emails, such as password resets, sign-in links, and notifications about jobs, bids, awards, and messages.
- To maintain safety and integrity, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
- To improve and develop the Service.
4. How we share information
- With other users: your company profile, location, trades, posted jobs, reviews, and the content of conversations and bids are shared with the users they are intended for, as part of how the marketplace works.
- With service providers who help us operate the Service, including email delivery (Resend), hosting (Railway), and mapping (Google Maps). They may process information only to provide services to us.
- For legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, property, and safety of users, the public, or Trades.
- In a business transfer: if Trades is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information.

We use an essential session cookie so you stay signed in. We do not use the cookie for advertising.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account as described below.
